Firefly will repair items that have been bought for less than a year. Items that have been bought for more than a year they cannot repair them, they do not offer a lifetime warranty. If a piece has been damaged by harsh chemicals baths, been run through a washing machine or has a broken stone, they cannot repair the item. Before sending your item for repair, please email them photos of item for approval. Email photos to firefly1@sonic.net so we can confirm we have the parts to repair the damaged jewelry. They do not issue RA numbers. Once your item has been approved for repair, please put it in a padded envelope (with a note as to what is wrong even if obvious) and mail it to their Oakland office : Firefly Jewelry 2121 Peralta St #133 Oakland, CA 94607 *Please note that they do not offer replacement services for a single lost earring.
